At the time of booking payment will be expected in full upon making reservation.

 

All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made via a telephone conversation with the owners of the VanderWaal.

Cancellations received more than a month (30+ days) before your stay will receive a refund of the booking amount, less a $25 cancellation fee.

​

Cancellations or reservation changes received less than 30 days, but up to 8 days or less prior to your arrival date, will receive a refund of the booking amount, less $50 cancellation/ change fee.

​

Cancellations or reservation changes 7 days or less prior to your arrival date are charged at a 50% booking fee. 

​

There are no refunds for “no-shows.”
